Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be in the same condition as received, with tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Contact us at nonchi.amsterdam@gmail.com to start a return.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service at nonchi.amsterdam@gmail.com to initiate a return or send a return request from your account. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Approval and Return Label: We will create and send you a return label once your return is approved. The cost of the return shipping, as specified above, will be deducted from your refund.
3. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the items you wish to return, including all original packaging and tags.
4. Ship Your Return: Attach the provided return label to your package and return it to us.

For orders placed before 3 pm, we guarantee same-day shipment. In The Netherlands, anticipate delivery within 1-2 working days. For other European Union destinations, your items will arrive within 2-3 working days. For countries outside the European Union, your items will arrive within 3-10 working days.

Absolutely! We ship worldwide. Simply select your country during checkout to confirm availability.

Shipping is free within Europe. For other countries, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
